Earth Hour

Tommorow, there will be a show tittled Earth Hour that will be on from 8.30p.m-9.30p.m. It is a global election on the Earth, and global warming. It doesn't matter what country your from, but what planet your from. Simply vote by switching off your lights and tune in to Earth hour. If everyone votes Earth, a lot of electricity will be saved. So, VOTE EARTH !

Taking on the world.....One country by another

Last night, I had just returned from an exchange programme to China organised by my school. We went to Shanghai, Suzhou, Beng Bu and Nan Jing. We visited many tourist attractions like the Oriental Pearl TV Tower which towered over almost all the buildings in Shanghai, Shanghai's Urban Planning Centrewhich had the most accurate sculpture of Shangahi, Suzhou's No.1 Silk Factory where the finesst silk in Suzhouis made, Mudu Ancient Water Village where we took the "Imperial Exam" (Obviusly, I flunked it) etc.
This is not the first time I went overseas. I've been to Perth, Brisbane, Bali, Wuhan, Guang Zhou, Johor Baru, Tioman, Penang, Kuala Lumpor, Bintan, London, Tokyo, South Korea, Orlando, Arizona, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
I'm taking on the world..........One country by another!

10th annual track & field meet

Yesterday, my school's 10th Annual Track & Field Meet was held at Yio Chu Kang stadium. My friends and I went to the stadium early and decided to practice for our physical fitness test (NAPFA). My mistake was to run a few kilometers around the track because after that, my legs were full of ache and fatique. When my teacher saw me drenched in sweat, she started questioning me why was I sweating so much. I then thought of a reply which cracked up my friends. I replied to my teacher that I went "scuba diving". She then stared at me, trying to contain her laughter, and questioned if I was one of the athelites in the competition. I then replied that I was going to run the paralympics witn half a brain missing. Again, all my friends and I cracked up and my teacher was, again, trying to contain her laughter.

Short Lived Bliss

The class tests are over! Relief from tedious, brain roasting and mind blowing revision (Okay, I'm over exaggerating as I did not reaally work that hard) and I am now a free bird (same as before, I'm over exaggerating here as well) ! The thing is that I'm pretty nervous on my results as the test was pretty tough! But still, it's short lived bliss!
